The Alpine Villa Retreat is a luxury rental retreat designed for family, friend and team gatherings in Breckenridge, Colorado. As the largest short-term rental vacation home in Summit County, it is ideally suited for off-site gatherings where guests can relax in the privacy of an 18,000 square-foot house situated on 7 acres of beautiful mountain property and enjoy a variety of recreational activities.. This private rental lodging provides accommodations for up to 26 guests and 12 parked cars that include many resort-type amenities to facilitate on-site recreation and leisure.

Located in Breckenridge, Colorado, near the 27-hole championship Jack Nicklaus public golf course, the Alpine Villa Retreat is in the heart of Summit County, also known as “Colorado’s Playground.” The retreat is adjacent to the national forest with a vast trail system for summer and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, ATV, motorcycling, and fishing are common summer activities. In addition to easy access to 6 Colorado ski resorts, you have snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling as common winter activities.

Breckenridge, a Victorian mining town established in 1862, is the oldest, continually occupied community on Colorado’s western slope. The mining town includes one of Colorado’s largest national historic districts. Today, Breckenridge is more than a quaint mining town from the past with exceptional skiing. It’s a year-round resort destination with enough summer and winter activities to please everyone.

We just stayed for a long weekend and I can't say enough great things about Alpine Villa! We had a group of around 15 and it worked out perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, the steam room was awesome and I even shot some hoops on the indoor court. Played pool, games by the fire in the huge "family room", speakers throughout was awesome! What I loved the most was the kitchen!! Everything you could possibly need and more, plus it's beautiful! Our company has been making this a yearly trip and I was blessed to be included this year, I sure hope I get to come back! Now I know where everything is, lol. You will not be disappointed, absolutely amazing in every way!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. I have taken my company here for 3 years now as a team building event and this is a trip all employees love each year.The accommodations were top-notch. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings really added to the overall charm of the place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What sets this property apart, though, is the exceptional service. The property manager went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request.The amenities on-site were also a big plus. I enjoyed relaxing by on the deck, pool, using the basketball court, and hanging out in the family room with everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway, I highly recommend this property. It's a hidden gem that offers everything you could possibly want for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return and experience this slice of paradise again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!

We used the Alpine Villa Retreat for a corporate event, and the space was perfect for our group of almost 20! The property manager (Donna) was very responsive and made it easy to set everything up. She connected me with the concierge (Patty) who was able to set up a chef and a gear valet for us! They both made me feel like my event was the most important one and truly handled most of the heavy lifting. I appreciate all their help and am already looking forward to rebooking for next year!

We stayed at this wonderful Villa,when my daughter got married. We had 45 people stay with us,and had plenty of room for all.We did all the cooking in the house.A great hot tub, sauna, climbing wall,weight room,pool table,also a place to BBQ. Would Rent again.

Amazing home. I was there this past weekend with 35 women. We had a blast. The house is huge and in a gorgeous setting. Everything was wonderful. It was so quiet in our bedroom, we added “white noise”

Beautiful home! We had a family vacation here, a total of 30, ages from 8 months and up. Plenty of room for everyone! Hot tub, basketball court, rock climbing wall were huge hits with our kids! Lots of gathering spots to sit and relax. Easy access to the river for fishing. Staff was easy to get a hold of for any questions we had . Loved it highly recommend!
