Alpine Villa General Information and Policies

High season - Includes the weeks of Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Presidents weekend, and the month of March. 

Low season - From mid-April to late-May and October through mid-November.

Extra Charges - One-time extra charges apply for events and groups greater than 30 people to cover increased costs of supplies, maintenance, and cleaning.

Housekeeping - Housekeeping charges are waived for stays of three or more nights. For a one-night stay, housekeeping charge is $250 plus $75 per room. For a two-night stay, housekeeping charge is $250 plus $35 per room. Rates do not include daily maid service.

Meals and Supplies - Basic cooking condiments, kitchen utensils, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels are supplied. Other supplies are guest's responsibility. Catering, cooking, grocery pick-up, and other services are available at an extra charge.

Reservations - Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of your reservation deposit and signed contract. The reservation deposit is equivalent to 50% of your total reservation amount. A second payment of the remaining 50% of the reservation amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. Once full payment and signed contract with credit card authorization is received, final confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent to you.

Rates - All rates subject to change without notice until reservation deposit is made. A 6.375% tax is added to all rates.

Damage Deposit - No damage deposit is collected. A signed contract is required and an authorized credit card is kept on file. Should any damages, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or unreturned key replacement costs be incurred, the credit card on file will be charged the actual repair or replacement cost.

Check-in/out - Room check-in time: 4:00pm. Room check-out time:10:00am. Late departures are subject to half-day rates.

Cancellations - Cancellation will result in forfeiture of payments unless the dates reserved are rebooked by other guests. If the reserved dates are rebooked by other guests, all payments less a $500 processing fee will be refunded.
